Short Description: A new strategic infrastructure is being developed for our confidential client in Memphis, TN. This new infrastructure will require documentation that can be used by application development organizations or by our Data Center Operations teams to adopt the new infrastructure. The new strategic infrastructure is technical and complex. Because this new infrastructure will be adopted by a large employee base with a wide range of technical knowledge / experience who are currently not familiar with the new infrastructure, the documentation must be clear, well organized, concise and easy to understand. The documentation needs to identify key implications of adopting the new infrastructure so that individual teams across Services IT will not be required to start from ground zero from a change management perspective.

Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree/equivalent (technical writing degree preferred). 7 or more years of professional experience in technical writing in the particular area/field with whom they are being contracted.
